How to request a refund

• Email support@blockcalm.com from the email address you used at purchase, and mention your Paddle order/receipt if you have it.
• Or use the link on your Paddle email receipt to contact Paddle's support, who can also process the refund.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method. Once approved, card refunds typically appear within 3–5 working days and PayPal refunds within about 48 hours, depending on your provider.

After a refund

A refund ends your license: please delete your license key and stop using the paid features. Because keys are verified locally on your device, we rely on your honesty here — the same trust the product is built on.
