Who you are buying from
BlockCalm is sold by Muhammad Fahad Shahid, a sole trader based in Dera Ghazi Khan, Punjab, Pakistan ("we", "us"). Contact: support@blockcalm.com. Purchases are made through Paddle, which is the merchant of record for your order; Paddle's checkout terms also apply to the purchase itself.
The product
BlockCalm is a browser extension for Chrome that blocks websites you choose, on your own device. It is a friction tool, not an enforcement tool: a determined user with access to the browser can remove or bypass any extension, and we do not claim otherwise.
License
- Paying the one-time price grants you a personal, non-transferable, lifetime license to use BlockCalm's paid features.
- After checkout, Paddle notifies us and a signed license key is emailed to your purchase email address. The key carries that email address, and the extension may display it as "Licensed to <email>".
- You may use your key on your own computers. You may not sell, share publicly, or redistribute your key, or resell the license.
- The extension verifies your key locally on your device. It does not contact us to check it, and a key cannot be revoked remotely; if a purchase is refunded or charged back, the license ends and you must stop using the paid features and delete the key.
- If you lose your key, email us from your purchase email address and we will re-issue it after confirming the purchase.
Price and payment
The lifetime license is a one-time payment of US$24, as shown on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Taxes, where applicable, are calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout.
Refunds
Our 30-day money-back guarantee is set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer the license-key system for the purpose of generating or distributing unauthorized keys, and not to use BlockCalm in a way that violates applicable law.
Availability and changes
BlockCalm depends on the Chrome browser and the Chrome Web Store, which we do not control. We may update the extension and these Terms; material changes to the Terms will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date, and the version in force at your purchase governs your license except where the law requires otherwise.
Liability
BlockCalm is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from your purchase or use of BlockCalm is limited to the amount you paid for the license. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
